MÆVE was formed on a pleasant summer evening by two mates,
who brought together some carefully chosen botanicals.
This 100% Belgian Gin, with its rosemary, lemon, mint and black pepper, brings
that magical summer feeling again and again.

Our traditional London Dry Gin called MÆVE, is distilled in small
batches and has a unique, recognizable and especially fresh taste.  

"The gin is creamy and gently spicy on the tongue,
thanks to the black pepper.
Citrus once again takes the lead,
while the mint manifests itself a little late but becomes dominant.
It gives this gin a very fresh touch."

"I tasted the Maeve with several tonics,
but because it is relatively delicate it gets rather quickly
snowed under with an overly strong (read: too many sugars) tonic.
For me, the rather mellow Seventeen tonic was the ideal combination.
That Seventeen, by the way, is the Argentine '1724' tonic in a new guise."
